This lovely secluded villa is situated a few minutes walk from local supermarket and bars, 2.5km from the beach (a car is necessary to get there as it is up a steep hill.) It is set in its own large garden with beautiful patio, sun terrace, swimming pool (9m. x 5m.) and built in barbecue, all attractively lit at night. It consists of a ground floor comprising a large kitchen with dining area, playroom/6th bedroom with two foldaway beds, a double bedroom with en suite bath and shower room, a large shower room with basin and lavatory and also a utility room. The first floor has a double bedroom with full shower room en suite, a full bathroom, two twin bedrooms and a bunk bedroom with private basin. There is a large reception room with a log fireplace. We have provided a table tennis table for you to enjoy.
The price includes electricity, gas and water charges, satellite television, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, a weekly linen change, bath towels and maid service between lets. Sun beds and garden furniture are also provided.
