A secluded villa set in its own garden with several sun terraces, including a large roof terrace. There is an 8m x 4m swimming pool surrounded by attractive terraces, an al fresco eating area, sun loungers and pretty lighting for the warm evenings. Our beautiful Phoenix Palm provides welcome shade if you wish to take advantage of it and our lemon, orange and other fruit trees are abundant in season.
The villa is on one level with two front doors 10 yards apart. The larger section of the house has a large reception room with kitchen and dining area attached, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, one bunk bedded room and two bathrooms. The other section has one double bedroom, one bathroom and a large playroom with two foldaway beds in it. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, a sink and a second refrigerator.
Facilities include a sauna, two log burning fires, dish washer, two refrigerators, sun beds and central heating in the winter. There is a barbecue, several outdoor tables with chairs and the pool is solar heated when necessary. Satellite television is available but there are a limited number of programs that can be seen in Spain. The price includes all electricity, gas and water, a weekly linen change and maid service between lets.
The villa is in the exclusive Tabaira region of Moraira, within a few minutes walk from the local supermarket, bars and restaurants. It is 2.5 km from the beach but a car is necessary due to the fact that it is up a very steep hill.
